Henry Facey Is An English Guitarist, Pianist And Singer/Songwriter Born And Based In London. He spent his teenage years living in France, where in 2007 he entered the IMFP (professional music training college), and then in 2013, after completing his English master’s degree and working as a full-time language teacher for two years, he decided to move back to London to make music and performing a central part of his life.
Drawn to the alternative music scenes of the 60s and the independent music scenes from a young age, Facey has had a life-long passion for writing original music. One could describe his style as being raw yet melodic with introspective lyrics where Facey often meditates on deep existential thoughts and internal conflicts, inviting the listener to delve into his unique musical universe.
Facey has been involved in some exciting projects throughout the years, such as The Adoration Trilogy supporting The Teenage Cancer Trust, a noble cause organised by photographer and now friend Alistair Morrison and The Who frontman Roger Daltrey, which gave Henry an exceptional opportunity to perform with Rod Stewart in Piccadilly Circus in 2017. He was thereafter invited to perform for musical legends such as John Paul Jones, Tom Jones and Ray Davies amongst others at the V&A museum in London for The Adoration Trilogy unveiling.
He is currently hard at work writing songs for his second full length EP that will be entitled Urban Tales, where he plans to enter the studio late September to record all the tracks at Metway Studios in Brighton.
