Based in Liverpool, UK, Cures and Curses (made up of members Aaron Akpojaro and David Blackburne) are an alternative rock duo with an anthemic sound taking influence from the likes of Fall Out Boy, Bring Me The Horizon and Paramore. The band’s first track, ‘Fall Apart, Crash Together’, taken from their unannounced EP due in early 2018, combines atmospheric vibes with highly confessional lyrics to create a fresh, alluring tune. With a forward-thinking style and a focussed mindset, Cures and Curses has big plans for the coming months.
